1. You have mentioned that you have Essential tremors, the basis of diagnosis is not clear. But let us presume you do have it.
2. firstly it cannot be cured and will not diappear, but it can be effectively controlled.

Olanzipine is known to cause Parkinsons disease like symptoms. but the dose you are taking is minimal. the main thing is to reassess the need for antipsychotics and are they realyy required. Secondly you can try Pacitane

Lithium level is normal only, so lithium can be continued if other blood parameters are fine. On your mood symptoms discuss the lack of improvement with your treating psychiatrist, and try alternate medications if needed.
