Long hours work on computers often causes a spectrum of symptoms like eye strain, watering, redness, etc leading to computer vision syndrome. You should give 5 mins of eye rest after at least 45 mins of computer work, by focussing at a distant object and then the tip of your finger at one arm length alternately. The solution for this problem is its reduced usage and while using computor use in proper light. There is nothing more effective than controlling usage to reduce and negate the effects.
You can also reduce the intensity of the computor screen by attaching a filter or by getting an eye-friendly screen. Above all, one must try to reduce the amount of computor usage or take frequent breaks and do neck stretching exercises for 2-3 minutes.

Keep your PC monitor at your eye level. So that you don’t need to bend your head. Also after every 30 mins of sitting, move around for 2-3 mins. This will help. Do neck exercises regularly.
