Please Use drop Maximum for 10 days. Otherwise you will suffer from rhinitis medicamentosa. If you have HTN then use saline nasal drop as xylometazoline drop can raise your BP.

No. You need to meet an ENT Specialist immediately as it is probably a nasal or sinus infection causing crusting that is blocking your nostrils. Otrinoz will only worsen your discomfort.
