Ideal thing to do is consult a doctor before titrating your dose. However please note that to give orofer best time would be in morning hours while the child is almost empty stomach. Ostocalcium must not be given together with orofer, the best way is to keep a 2-4 hours gap, and give suitably with milk.

You need to do tsh, cbc n blood sugar random at some lab.
If it’s normal then go for ultrasound of abdomen. Do you sleep or take nap in daytime. If so then stop it.
If you r not able to sleep, do not watch tv or mobile whats app etc. Read a good book. Switch off tv atleasr 30 mins before bedtime. Drink warm milk before going to bed.
Do some exercise daily. Eat healthy well balanced food. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before bed time. Also dinner should be light
