Hello,
scaling is the most common and safest procedure carried out in all dental clinics. Visit a dentist and get a good scaling and polishing done. The dentist will show you proper brushing technique. If you maintain properly, cavity formation can be reduced. Brush twice a day, rinse after every meal and floss regularly. Visit dentist every 6 months.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Fluorosis is caused if you ingest large quantities of fluoride. While there are many benefits to fluoride, too much can cause teeth discoloration that appears chalky white, yellow, or brown. This can come from swallowing toothpaste, drinking overly fluoridated water, and taking fluoride supplements.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
