Sir, you can give them maximum three times a day at 8 hours interval but avoid if there is no vomiting.

It will work well for children. No issues. Chemotherapy has side effect which is vomiting so it is used with chemotherapy to prevent or treat vomiting, but other wise it is not related with cancer as such.
