Emeset syrup should be given before food in recommended dose and the age of the child need to be told . Ideally should not be given for children less than one year and for possetting which people think as vomiting

Avoid feeding with bottle,emset may be used sos,nothing by mouth afte emset. Oral rehydration solution to be given frequently. Continue normal diet as usual. Ensure adequate urine flow to know hydration level.

I do not advice to take any medicine during the 1st trimester. your vomiting n nausea is because of smell which is very common in the 1st trim. Change your environment and everything would be fine.

Yes you can give oral dose to 4 to 11 years. Recommended dose is 4 mg which you have to give you child 3 times a day (every 8 hours) for 1 to 2 days for your 9-year-old kid, give 1/2 tablet and watch for symptoms such as vomiting. If vomit happens you can give half tablet again after an hour.

You can but it is risky and not as useful. The reason is that vomiting due to excess alcohol is not de to gastrointestinal upset but due to irritation of the brain. I would instead advise you to drink only as much as you can tolerate.There is no global consensus on recommended maximum intake (or safe limits) of the drug alcohol. You should not probably drink more than one standard drink. Be safe. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.
