The symptoms you have described can be due to fluid retention in the body which can have cardiogenic or nephrogenic causes, consult a qualified cardiologist and get appropriate investigations done i.e. 2d echo, treadmill stress test, cardiac enzymes and get the medications modified accordingly.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details. Your blood glucose seems very well controlled. Please check HbA1c% that ould give a much clearer picture. BP is quite low.
