Dear lybrate-user, the street food is not good for health. May be you have taken dosa or anything else. The utensils like glasses, plates, spoon etc are not properly washed away, and many times, the food has been eaten by someone else and half has remained in the plate. The dhaba servants add some rice, chapati, and dal in the same plate and give it to the person who has ordered the food. So we should always eat homemade food in order to remain healthy.

Your cholesterol is still high. I'm not familiar with other drugs you are taking. I need generic names.
Try rosuvastatin after consulting your doctor.
Avoid trans fatty acids. Dalda ghee vanaspathi
take plenty of vegetables and fruits.
Take your heart for a walk every day. Exercise is a must to lower your cholesterol.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. Your glucose levels seem to be in good control. As regards taking vitamin supplement there is no hard and fast rule. You can decide as you want. Usually because of dietary restriction vitamin & mineral supplements are advised. Hence, if there is a need then one needs to take regularly. Similarly one can take those occasionally too. Thanks.
