Hello, thanks for the query.
The tablet mentioned (both brands) is used to treat high blood pressure. Doctor must have prescribed it for high bp. So please do take it. It does not have any interaction with levothyroxine. Please remember thyroxine tablet needs to be taken on empty stomach early morning and nothing to be taken fro over 1 hour. Thanks.

Manage your stress level.
What is the need of dieting in your case.
Take balanced diet, no extra salt or raw salt in your diet.
Start with some excercise/ yoga.

Record your BP for one week, and get back for review.

Do breathing excercises before you sleep and when you weake up.

Thanks for the query.
It is difficult to give an opinion whether you should take Cardace 2.5 without knowing all the details like blood glucose control, HbA1c%, creatinine & urea level. Plus the blood cell counts. Only mentioning low counts is not the info I can rely. Thanks.

As you said your physical activity is nil. Try to improve that first. Plus you need to control your stress and anxiety. Healthy diet low in salt, fat, simple carbohydrate and rich in fibres, vegetables along with daily exercise may help to control your bp.

Get your sugar creatinine and ECG done annually, avoid other tests. You may believe you will help your health, but high chance you will achieve the opposite. Talk to people who are healthy at ninety and learn their ways, why believe any other source.
