take 4 litre water per day.
take a gourd peel it boil it in two glasses of water after boiling wen one glass water left...
take after cooling it this glass of water twice a day daily...
use lona salt in meals...
take more fibrous vegetables with less oil...
do for a week granteed result u vill get.

It appears your bp &diabetes both are not in control. To control sugar add tab k glimpses m 1 once before break fast and for bp add mode 5 mg once a day. Then check your sugar and bp after a wee.

U should check ur blood sugar level..sometime if blood sugar increases then after taking breakfast dizziness can occur..soo u should consult with ur doctor and have a check..also u should check ur bp..
