Bring down your weight to 65 kg. Take low salt diet and avoid salty food, fast foods. Avid oily food and fried substances. Do brisk walking for 5 km daily and do some freehand exercise for 20 mins at the end. Sleep for 8 hours daily at night. Do meditation for 15 - 20 minutes before going to bed. I hope you shall see your olmesartran requirement will come down. Healthy lifestyle is most important for every one.
