Mr. Lybrate-user, for controlling diabetes effectively you need specific drugs belonging to modern medicine either oral anti - diabetics or insulin injections. The one mentioned by you, is not at all effective. That particular tablet has been only tried on rats in the lab, there too its effectiveness has been about 67%, which as good as a placebo. no need to take rosuvastatin in this high dose. Also pain in feet in swelling could be due to various reasons like anemia and b12 deficiency, decreased protein leves etc. You need proper evaluation. Kindly consult for the same.

Mood stabilizers may be addictive and also cause such side effects. Which ones?
Rosuvastatin and aspirin probably over medication, required after heart attacks, not before.
