5 mg olanzapine at night can be given. Check with your psychiatrist if there is any particular reason he/she has given you olanzapine in divided doses. If not inform them about your side effects. They will surely take care of it by making olanzepine 5 mg in night.

If formula 1, cars can't reach you to a place, can small cars do the same. You seem to be having resistant symptoms and very high potency drugs including clozapine have been given. 5htpn and l tyrosine are very very weak over the counter health supplements which are very expensive and lack much efficacy. Better come to terms with the illness and aim to select the medication group which gives best relief amongst the one which you have mentioned in consult with your psychiatrist. Good luck.

Hello,
your questions are more philosphical, obviously the husband has not disclosed his problem before matrimony. The main thing is that sulpitac is used for mental disorders like schizophrenia. But a better approach will be to visit the doctor with the wife who can explain all the details about her husband including the diagnosis, need for medication etc. In any case these disorders can be manged sucessfully and all details should now be atleast privy to the wife.
