Take protein rich diet like - milk and milk products like curds, butter, panneer, cream, cheese, ghee, etc.; sprouted wholegrams like channa, bengaal gram, greengram, rajma,etc.; nuts like almonda, walnuts, pista, groundnuts, etc.; pulses like toor dhal, black gram dhal, bengal gram dhal, greengram dhal, etc. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can take egg, meat, fish, etc. Eat lot of sweets and pastries. Sleep well for 8-9 hours per day.

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form
2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku.
