Hello, Thanks for the query.
Your ACR seems fine. Please mention your serum creatinine (mg/100 ml) and urea concentration to calculate eGFR. Also mention the fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c%. Plus give following details : dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise being done, lipid profile, weight and height. On going through all the parameters I will be able to give specific comments. Thanks.

However if you have provided complete information and there is no other reason, you have an element of diabetic neuropathy developing in your case.

As I had written Zita Plus does not cause swelling of feet. It could be due to high BP or kidney involvement. Blood glucose level appears in good control, even though fasting has to be closer to 100 mg. You may have to check kidney functions and also thyroid test. Thanks.

dry mouth is a side-effect of Starpress xl which is metoprolol and it is not going to harm you. But it is a very good medicine for your heart, so should continue your medicine, if it bothers you too much you can ask your doctor to change the XL version to a simple version. So nothing to panic or worry.
