keep proper distance between eyes and screen and take rest after every 1/2 hr, move your eyes from screen for 2-4 minutes and relax. it will help. thanks

instructions for computer use:
take frequent breaks while you are working
every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen
blink more frequently'
level of screen should be below the level of eyes
ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle power.

It is due to computer vision syndrome
follow the advice given below.
1. Take a break-use 20-20 rule, take a break for 20 second after working in computer for 20 minutes and look at some thing 20 feet away.
2. Blink frequently to prevent dryness of eyes 3. Use of computer glass- it optimises your eye sight when you are looking at digital screen and helps to decrease glare

When stressed/hurried our posture is strained even when sitting. This posture uses different set of muscles which are not accustomed to bear strain of prolong sitting. So they hurt or present as pain.
Always plan
take few minutes to relax before starting work.
Sit straight and in a comfortable posture.
