Few days ago I had viral fever with 103â° temperature. My mother called up one of my neighbor who is an ayurvedic doctor. He told my mother to visit a nearby medical store and call him again. My mother did the same and bought nimesulide tablets. After taking those tablets my fever was vanished within an hour. The next day I was felling very uncomfortable and exhausted and visited apollo hospital. I was advised to go for a blood test and then after the reports were ready I was being told that my liver had been affected by the tablets I took during viral fever. I am really looking for help and don't know what to do further. Shall I dodge an fir or take medicines.

My wife had delivered a baby girl on first november 2016. Mother and baby -both were alright. Now for past 10 days, my wife has developed a continuous pain in her both forearm and wrist.in day time, it remains less bt in night, the pain becomes intolerable. Yesterday first time, I gave her neurobion forte 10 mg oral tablet and nimicip plus (nimesulide and paracetamol) as pain killer. Bt,it was nt effective at all. Is this a normal pain or post-partum deficiency of calcium? please advise me wat should I do?

First I got infected with cold and cough on 19th march, I got a cough syrup (choco dx) and tablets (almok 500, nimesulide and 1 from zydus fortiza) from a medical shop. The moment cold and cough cured bowel movements and stomach upset started from 25th march. I consulted a (dr md physician) he advised me of o2 and nexpro rd 40. After having it for 2 days symptoms a little bit reduced but now I am feeling the same symptoms like it used to be earlier. My body temp remains below 98°f, but body feels hot, mouth taste changed, loss of appetite even a single bread I can not eat, gas burps are frequent, stool is like pulpy and brown in color and I am not getting energy at all, every time I feel sleepy. Please advice I want to get cured very soon.

You have not taken the full course of the treatment for the gastroenteritis. That is why you are not ok. Complete the course of o2 and nexpro rd 40
add a prebiotic too.
Drink a lot of water.

I am a 33 year old female. Living in UK. Two weeks ago I found out I had thrush and also had little bouts of vertigo for 2-3 days like I felt I was swaying a bit. To make matters worse I had fever too so I popped in a single dose of nise tablet. And for cold and cough I had 1 tablet each of wikoryl and ciplox. The following day after a couple of mins after I was out of bed I passed out. The NHS team came home checked my BP and sugar and said I was fine. Reason for collapse was excessive heat in the house and I was too rapped up in layers coz of fever. Had no medicines thereafter. Just used canesten pessary and cream for thrush as suggest by the doc. After 4-5 days my body started to recover. But now for the past 2 days I have again started to feel that I have this swaying sensation. I am unsure whether it is cause of the thrush. Please advise. I am feeling quite low cause of all this and is worrying me quite a lot. I have slight cold and a very light sore throat as well. The symptoms of thrush though less was thinking of taking a fluconazole 150 mg single dose. Could the thrush be reason for swaying or the cold or some other reason altogether? I remember earlier taking stemetil whilst in India. Am really confused. Just want to get normal asap and want the vertigo to vanish. Please Please help. Thanks

It could be labyrinthine vertigo for which you were prescribed stemetil and I assume you were better. Restart the same bot on need to basis(whenever you have excessive swaying) and start tab cinnarizine 25 mg twice daily for a week. Avoid sudden jerky movements of the head.

I feel headache every week I think it's mostly due to gas or my eye. It start from my ears above or back neck. When it get more the pain keeps moving from one side to another. Previously in childhood when it happens I do walking in fresh air and it get over with in 30 min. But one some has told me about pain killer it was nice tablet after eating pain cured in 5 min. And I was addicted to it but 2 years before nice was taking an hours to get cure I told to doctor he told don't use nise use paracetamol aceclofenac it good but too slow. And costly too but that's not the problem I want to know what should I do to cure my head ache as that time I feel restlessness and feel some one is hammering on my head. Even when I do more study or watch phone my eyes also pain i'm using eyetone drops it relaxes my eyes so should I continue it or start new. So please advice for myheadache I take digene for acidity and gas but it not working and pain killer is making me addicted and pain is getting more n more by this previously it used to get cure in 5 min now 50 min but not completely. Pls say.

Health Query

For the past 3 years, I have been having a continuous upper left back pain (between the shoulder blade and spine, rhomboid/trap region) the pain comes on a daily basis and is dull in nature. The corresponding vertebrae next to the area also feel tender. I would rate the severity of the pain between 6/10 and 8/10 as a maximum. I have been struggling with this pain. I have had x-rays and bloods taken which were normal. I have been to several physios who recommended several stretching exercises, gym back workouts and rhomboid stretches. I have done them all consistently with no results. Pain killers do not help. This is really affecting my qol now. Any help would be useful.

Hi,
by your explanation it seems you are very much aware of your problem. And you had taken proper precautions and medication for that I would again suggest you to go for physiotherapy but not to regular one but go to physiotherapy clinic which is mdt certified. Google search for help (mdt certified physiotherapy clinic). This is new technique which will help you for sure. Thank you.

This must be due to Muscle pain. You may be exerting a lot during job or at home. Avoid weight lifting for 1 week. take tab Nise twice a day for 5 days.

will just give you a brief history. From the last 2 days I am experiencing lower back pain or pelvic pain. Initially the pain was tolerable but then from yesterday it increased and in the evening I had to take paracetamol but by night time I was compelled to take nimesulide which did had some effect but not much. But I must tell you that I am a chronic sufferer of ibs and experiencing bloating and gas. My gas gets mostly trapped in my rectum and then gets released for which I have to apply force. I am continuously going to the toilet since I have developed constipation and purging. I must confess that due to depression I am over indulging in masturbation and my testicles are also paining. I also have painful piles due to constipation. I am confused whether I have developed back problem or it is just referred pain of piles, ibs related or testicular pain due to excessive masturbation. My pain just now is in the pelvic area and is going done to the back of my thighs to the calf and foot. Please request your trainers to send me back exercises video on my what's app number mobile whenever possible. Also tell me is it ibs, piles or excessive masturbation related pain of strained back. Pls also prescribe medications for pain management taking into consideration my ibs related issue. Pls advice asap.

your symptoms and history concludes to a diagnosis of pivd
for this you will need a x-ray dorsal lumbar spine to r/o pivd, straight back, ankylosing spondylitis (rare possibility).
Till the time you can start tab flexura d twice a day for 3 days for pain and spasm relief.
Exercise is not indicated while there is pain.
