Maybe the dose of antihypertensives needs to be increased or a different class of drugs used or added. The high uric acid levels can also be controlled with either Allopurinol, at doses which are adequate, or with newer drugs which are more effective and safer.

Dear lybrate user do not depend on medicines to get sleep. To get good sleep drink a cup of milk everynight before bed. Have some stretching exercises or little walk before sleep. Apply coconut oil on soles and little massage. Keep your bowel movements regularly. Listen pleasant music.

All anti-hypertensive drugs causes erection disorder, however, the drug which you are taking causes minimal impact. Age is also an important factor. Exercise, diet with sprouts and juicy fruits will improve the condition. You will have to increase exercise so that bp should be systolic <120 and diastolic <80.

Yes since ur BP is under control, u can join gym. But for 2 days u should do strength or weight training exercises. These will further help u in maintaining ur BP n may lessen ur need for medicines. Don’t do weight training exercises on consecutive days. On the day u do weight training exercises, don’t do cardio exercises on that day. Also take care of pre n post exercise meals. They are very important. For details consult online
