Pregabalin and muscle relaxant both can have the side effect of dizziness. If pregabalin is the cause, then most likely symptoms are to get subsided within a week or so of medicine intake once the body get habituated to the drug. Pregabalin can be taken for longer periods of time but only under medical supervision. However muscle relaxants should not be taken for a longer period of time.

Rheumatoid factor (ra factor) is not a diagnostic investigation of rheumatoid arthritis rather it has some prognostic importance. It might be increased in a normal person who doesn't have any signs & symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. It's very essential to know your symptoms before commenting to your medicines prescribed. Thank you for contacting on this Lybrate. These side effects are very common with pregabalin and are expected to be resolved once your body gets accustomed to the drug, usually a period of 5-7 days. Preferably take the drug at bed time so that you are not bothered with these symptoms during dayvtime. For further discussion about your symptoms, you can definitely contact further.
