Seranace is basically for psychosis but dose for psychosis is always more than 5 mg in adults. The dose which is given to you is very low which is given for anxiety or sleep. However this dose doesn't help in depression. Still your psychiatrist is the best person to judge your condition based on your evaluation. You can discuss these concern with him. All the best.

Risperidone is pregnancy category c. Which means use if benefits outweigh the risks. Same for asprito. There are not enough studies to say that the drug is safe during pregnancy. Having said that mental health of mother during and after pregnancy is of utmost importance. So many a times medication is necessary and you should consult a psychiatrist for the same.
