your BP may again increase after 1-3 months. So better to continue. If you are very keen to stop you can stop and measure your BP regularly (once weekly, or at least once monthly) . Then you should restarting when it exceeds 145

You need to take healthy diet in the form of fruits and vegetables, plenty of salads, increase water intake to 2-3 litres per day. Restrict your salt intake to less than 5 gram per day. Exercise regularly. Review after 2 weeks.
