With a BMI of 37.89 kgs/M2 you close grade 3 obesity (morbid obesity). This is the main reason for your high BP and the need for various medications.
Doing half an hour walk and 15 minutes of yoga (?) is not at all enough. You will have to seriously look at reducing at least 5 to 8% of your current weight. With weight reduction your BP will also come down towards the expected level of 130/80 mmHg

Duolin is a reliver drug and should not be taken daily. Budecort 200 is very less dose and need addition of laba for good effect. Better get stepped up dose for asthma after consulting a resp. Phy. Get echo done to r/o col pulmonale which may be a cause for oedema. Nebicard though a selective drug and said to be not aggevating asthma, but better to avoid it or reduce its dose.
