2. For your safety, if possible also get hiv, hbsag and anti hcv test for the girl you had sex with.
3. Also do repeat hiv, hbsag and anti hcv at 1 month and 6 months

Hello,
it is difficult to say the exact cause of pain without more details from you. Post fever chest pain can be due to pleuritis or pericarditis that is inflammation of outer covering of your chest organs. It can also be due to gastric reflux and hyperacidity owing to the antacids being taken during illness. If you had cough then this pain could be muscular secondary to frequent coughing. I hope I am clear.

Diagnosis of migraine is clinical and most cases tests like CT scan etc is not needed.

The issue of long term medication is worry some. But there are long term studies in favour of medication.
You need to be in constant touch with your doctor. Doctor will decide and change the medications. A sort of rotation of medication is required.
