Please don't do half marathon without practice.
1. It may affect your heart and lungs, anyway nothing happen of that sort good.
2. About your knee joint its muscle spasm dip both your knees in 4 min in Hot water bucket and 3 min in cold water bucket with ice,
its Contrast bath therapy it will reduce pain.
3. If still pain is there take ibrufen or myoril as muscle relaxant.

You can try:
1. Hot water compression thrice daily for 3 week.
2. Spine extension, upper back, shoulder and neck exercises to be done.
3. Local gel can be applied.
4. Medications like Myoril, Etova MR, Enzomac and Neurokind LC will help.
5. Maintain proper posture.
Digital physio may not offer any great help over conventional physio.

You can try:

Get FBS, RBS, Hba1c, thyroid profile, ESR and Uric acid tested for.

Dear , what you are experiencing is called RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury). More often than not the culprit is the chair and the computer monitor. Adjust your chair so that you sit straight (no slumping). Your monitor should be at eye level. Take frequent breaks (2 min. Every 30 min). Stretch your back, hands, wrist, fingers, neck. Pain relieving gels or ointments will help. See an orthopedic surgeon if the problem persists.
