Dear ,
if you are taking ciprofloxacin 500 mg then take 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after meals with only water and not with milk for 15 days and check urine again to see pus cells have come down to 5 or less. Medications fine.

Get blood sugar tested. Locally apply powder absorb as an antiseptic plenty of time. Wait for a week. If no improvement, get checked by doctors. Get blood tested for infections also. Cbc test for total counts of white blood cells. If counts are high, you may need a course of antibiotics like ampicillin which is safer for mother and baby in case she's feeding.

There occurs many changes in boby post delivery. Female very drastically gain wt. Eat balanced diet with more water, avoid red meat. And stress more on vegetables and fresh juices. Take lactulose syrup or better add roughage to your diet. In form of salads and isabgol u get in market. Once u r healthy all problems will be okey. Medicine is not solution to every problem. Life style modifications is must.

Cramps can be due to gastric. Women do feel crampy and it's difficult to differentiate between the two pains. Take care. Get an ultrasound done though it doesn't tell anything about uterine pains causing cramps but it does reassure about developing baby. Ask your doctor and take a course of safe antibiotics like ampicillin and antiparasitic agent like metrogyl that doesn't cross the placenta to affect the growing baby. Watch out for symptoms like spotting. Restful life till doubts are clearedmore
