It could be due to pharyngitis
1. Do betadine gargle 2-3 times daily
2. Avoid drinking cold water, have luke warm water, tea, coffee, hot soup
3. Take throat lozenges,
4. Give voice rest
5. Avoid smoking
6. If no relief you have to take antibiotic and get your throat examined by ent specialist and follow the advice and treatment.

A lot of people cannot stand loud music in any form. Loud noise of 90db & above will surely give rise to an uncomfortable feeling in the ears. It is advisable to listen to music in an optimal decibel.(40 db to 70 db) the music should be pleasing to the ears.

Hi, if you want your ears, dont listen to loud music and that too from your headphones. Using headphones, is bad in itself and to worsen it, you were listening to loud music. This can lead to something as bad as rupture of your ear drums leading to permanent deafness. As for your current pain, you can take paracetamol tablet to subside the pain.
