Hello , ocd is a difficult disorder to treat, but with proper treatment and behaviour therapy, you can experience significant relief, such that it will no longer affect your studying or day to day activities. Drugs like fluvoxamine need to be taken at an adequate dose for 6-12 weeks to see measurable results. You haven't mentioned the dose and duration of the drugs mentioned. Besides, if still there is inadequate relief, there are numerous augmentation medicines which can be given along with flu...more

Yes the medicines will help you and you are getting better as you yourself said. These medications should continue for at least 1 to 2 years after complete recovery. Don't stop them without consulting your Psychiatrist. A home you can practice breathing exercises and learn relaxation techniques from the internet and do them at home. Am sure all this along with the medication you'll be fine very soon.

Vortioxetine can be taken any time in the day. Yes, it causes stomach upset including nausea which usually resolves in 5-7 days. You can add an anti-emetic medicine like pantop-dsr for few days to tackle the side effects. It usually remits in a week and is not dangerous. If it does not goes off, we need to discontinue vortioxetine and switch to an alternative after discussion with a psychiatrist. Melatonin can be taken with clonazepam without any serious interactions.
