Yes you can take the vaccine but avoid travelling to very far off vaccination centre as you might be bleeding more than your periods and this might make you feel tired and dizzi! take care.

you should consult a doctor in person,after examining you and after getting an ultrasound done to confirm the duration and location of pregnancy she will do the needful
