Wash your feet before sleep, take hot cup of cow's milk (A2 Pathmeda milk is healthiest) about three hours after dinner, avoid doing active work about one hour before sleeping time but instead read or listen to some divine lectures on your phone before sleeping.

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve. Other than that, try yoga, deep breathing, meditation, moderate exercise, progressive muscular relaxation and guided meditation.

Hi. Good day. You may take counseling and psychotherapy along with medication. Do meditation yoga and breathing exercise regularly. Take slow, deep breaths. Or try other breathing exercises for relaxation. Practice mindful meditation. The goal of mindful meditation is to focus your attention on things that are happening right now in the present moment. Have a regular sleep schedule. Focus on the positive.
