Rozat is required after heart attack, not before. Rozat f has fenofibrate that should be used in very rare cases. Meet your Dr. and discuss need to reduce these meds. Sgot/pt can be deranged with these medicines, or because of high level of soluble calories in diet.

Yes it is a safe combination. Night metoprolol may affect sleep. Your lipid medicine is probably excessive, suggest you post the exact lipid levels for further opinion.

Metolar is a beta blocker and it has mild anti-hypertensive properties and is not a first line recommendation for controlling BP, so you need a change in medication. Kindly consult a cardiologist for the change in medication. And also start exercising daily, begin gradually and increase to 40-45 mins, ensure that you are not taking too much salt rich foods like chips, pickles, chutneys, papads etc, if you smoke quit it, eat a healthy diet (take a detailed diet consult for the same)

Eslo is safe but eslo will have gradual effect on BP, usually takes more than 3 weeks for full effect. It is much stronger than metoprolol succinate, so make sure you need strong medicine before it is started.

Metoprolol will only treat the autonomic (i.e. Heart rate and BP symptoms) of anxiety not the cognitive symptoms (those related with mind like anxious mood, feeling apprehensive, fear, etc) they are treated by medications by psychiatrists, which may even make your metoprolol dose less or not required at all, so kindly consult a psychiatrist as anxiety disorder is a primary psychiatric disorder. All the best.
