If patients presents within 8 hrs of accident we give mega dose of steroids. but after 6 weeks and once optic nerve gets atrophies there is no solution/cure

You need hormonal treatment. You have to take medroxyprogestaron acetate from 16th day of your cycle upto 25th day daily one tablet of 10 mg. Then wait for 3 to 4 days. Periods will come. Also start some iron tablets along with that. Next time from 5th day of cycle you start combination of oestrogen and progesterone for 21 days. Your periods will get regularised.
