Stop it, u are taking mega dose which will be harmful. This can become an addiction too.

You have not mentioned the age of the baby. But if it's a newborn 7 mm is normal size. Abnormal size is more than 10 mm known as mega cisterna magna.

Drink lots of water and hydrate itself in-between. As this is too hot summer drink squashes, juices, coconut water, buttermilk.etc. Amd yes as suggested by mega take b complex too.

hello dear..m sorry to say but there is no treatment if optic nerve gets atrophied...In case of accident...we label it as traumatic optic neuropathy and we wiat for 6 weeks for recovery. If patients presents within 8 hrs of accident we give mega dose of steroids. but after 6 weeks and once optic nerve gets atrophies there is no solution/cure

You need hormonal treatment. You have to take medroxyprogestaron acetate from 16th day of your cycle upto 25th day daily one tablet of 10 mg. Then wait for 3 to 4 days. Periods will come. Also start some iron tablets along with that. Next time from 5th day of cycle you start combination of oestrogen and progesterone for 21 days. Your periods will get regularised.

Hello, go to near by physiotherapist for quadriceps exe, hamestring strengthning ,wax bath therapy, and at home brisk walking for 30 min, avoid cross leg sitting, avoid indian washroom toilet, not to put pressure over knee to avoid carilage further damages, in case pain take some analgesic for some days like tab etoshine.
