If your face is oily, this face wash is fine but t will cause dryness and irritation if you already have dry skin.
Go for microdermabrasion if you want radiant skin. It is really effective.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Following are the various ranges for diagnosing a person whether he has diabetes or not: 1) Normal: Fasting glucose 10 to 100 mg, PP:<140 mg, HbA1c% < 5.7.
2) Pre-Diabetes: FBG: 101 to 125 mg, PP: 141 to 199 mg, HbA1c% 5,8 to 6.4 %
3) Diabetes :FBG:>126 mg and above, PP:>200 mg and above, HbA1c% 6.5% and above.
Considering these parameters you are in the prediabetic range. Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
You have T2 DM, (not T1). It is good to know that HbA1c% has come down to 6.9, that shows good control. You have to continue the same treatment and lifestyle.
As regards TSH level if it has not come down, then there is a need for increasing the dosage of Levothyroxine from 25 mcg to 50 mcg per day. Then check TSH after 6 weeks to see what is the impact. TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at which all the symptoms of hypothyroidism will be in check....more

I am a 46 year old regular (4 days a week) weight resistance training lover. I have been lifting heavy weights over the past 20 years. But over the past 8 years I have observed that I get too tired (or say loss of stamina) quickly and have to take long rest periods between sets to recover. My body weight has been stable over the past 8-10 years. I want to loose fat but stay bulky with heavy muscles. Though all these years I have stayed away from any drugs or steroids I strongly feel the urge to start taking either deca durabolin or testesterone injections to boost my stamina and lost libido. I promise that I won't abuse or overuse them. But at the same time I am not aware how much qty, frequency or cycle should be taken and which one would be better deca durabolin or testesterone. What is the best time to use them?

Dear , what do you exactly want to know?
how to use steroids or how to increase stamina and lose weight?
for the first part in my opinion it is a strict no to any kind of steroids.
Steroids are extremely harmful in the long run. Please read about iatrogenic cushing syndrome to understand what future you are staring at. Secondly since you do gymming regularly you must know that there are two kind of muscle fibres the red fires and white fibres. Similarly there are two types of exercis...more

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. With fasting glucose at 215 mg and HbA1c% 12.2 % you have totally uncontrolled diabetes. This in fact needs Insulin therapy for at least 3 to 4 months along with oral hypoglycemics. After bringing the glucose under control we can take of Insulin and continue of oral drugs.
However, if you want to opt for alternate medical therapy then there is hardly any chance to control the condition. At this stage there is no reversal po...more
