tadalafil had no adverse effects on spermatogenesis, as assessed by sperm concentration, sperm count per ejaculate, percent sperm motility, normal morphology or serum reproductive hormones.
But since you are unable to have an erection without tadafil, it denotes a weak reproductive system, so yes your sperm count/motility might be less. Better to switch to ayurveda treatment.

Yes, you can take it but start with 5 or 10 mg and then increase Also you need to monitor your bp carefully as tadafil can cause marked drop in bp in some patients.

Yes ofcourse there is side effect of tadafil. If you want erection hardness and increase timing you can you use ayurved medicine.

Himalaya confido you can have .as far as tadalafil is concerned if your blood pressure is controlled with medicine you should start with 5 mg and then you can increase to 10 mg also if you are totally comfortable and don't feel any kind of headache or other side effects with 5 mg moreover when should not be taken daily as its effect longer.
