Meftalp should be given maximum three times a day at 8 hourly interval in age appropriate dose if temperature is > 100 but it is not preffered as first medicine for fever due to its adverse effects on liver function.
First drug which should be used in case of fever is paracetamol in dose which has been confirmed by your doctor
dose of any of these drugs is decided by weight of the child, hence do specify your child's weight also.

The fever of your son was the result of an intestinal infection as shown by vomiting and abdominal pain along with loose stools. He needs to be given ORS and prebiotics (like Nutrolin B) and there is no harm in continuing the azithromycin for its 3 day course.

I am a 25 year old female with no children. My husband and I have been together for 6 years we have no extra-marital affairs and I am 100% sure of that. My right labia is swollen and is very painful to touch, even a slight breeze of air causes extreme pain. The pain is similar to a sunburn. It is painful enough to make me cry. The swelling starts from my right vulva next to my vaginal canal and goes all the way to my anus. The area with the worst pain is next to my perineum. This started as a painless lump the size of a peanut that could be palpated from within my vagina with a finger but not visible externally. This was about a week ago. Now, it is huge and painful. My labia is 3x larger than it's normal size and very red. There are no discharges, no foul smells, and it's not itchy. I am managing the pain with clobetasol topical cream and mefenamic acid oral. The pain disappears with the cream but I think it's also making the swelling bigger. I am on my third day of co-amoxyclav 625 mg (twice a day every 12 hours) but I am almost sure this is what caused the swelling in the first place. Also, I tried to do a sits bath and it only made the condition worse. Any impression or advice would be appreciated.

Dear patient, the first focus is to stop the active acne so that no new scars are formed. This is achieved with the combination of cap. Which are vitamin a derivative based, clinic based nano peels and some home peels which we dispense for your use at home.
All this is expected to stop acne in 4-6 weeks, for acne scarring, the best results are achieved with a combination of peels (for mild scars) and rf excited fractional co2 which works best for acne scars.

If the pain is in right side of abdomen then it is due to gall-bladder affection.
If it is on the left-side then it is due to gas/indigestion.
However there are several other reasons for abdominal pain.
In order to understand that you need to do a USG of whole abdomen.
DO not take dairy products/spicy food in this time period.

No it does not. If you have reduced bleeding often meet Gynecologist. If you are sexually active and reduced bleeding better to check with urine pregnancy test.
