Dear lybrate-user, you have not given a proper history ,whether she has fever or not. Treatments of just pain killers are to be best avoided because they do more harm than any good to the body. You must therefore consult a good ent specialist at the earliest. Yours sincerely.

The ear condition you have mentioned takes at least 2-3 weeks to heal completely.
Sine you are diabetic it may take a little bit longer time to heal
please check your blood glucose level and control the diabetes.
Exercise does not increase the ear condition
if you donot have pain you may stop paracetamol and cetrizine.
If you donot have improvement please report again to the ent doctor for review and advise.

2. Eat at regular intervals. As starvation/gas can trigger migraine
3. Avoid things that can trigger migraine. Common triggers include alcohol, caffeine or poor sleep.

It can be because of many reason from simple reasons like not sleeping on time or sleeping too much, stress, have long hours of fasting, dehydration to causes like sinusitis, migraine, high blood pressure, tumor etc. Do this
