Desmoid tumour or fibroma is a benign tumor, but with high chances of recurrence despite clear margins. The size of the mass, symptoms and respectability would determine the course of treatment. Surgery with clear margins is the main line of treatment. Reconstruction with primary closure or a flap if a large defect is advised.

Please see a breast surgeon. They would examine you and if needed do a mammogram or an ultrasound. The most common cause of breast lump in a male is gynaecomastia. It is usually pubertal in young males and it regresses spontaneously. If it doesnât then can be treated with tamoxifen. Rarely surgery with excision of tissue with liposuction may be used for the same.
It could also be due to hormonal imbalance between testosterone and estrogen or increased prolactin level. The cause of imbalanc...more

If you're taking medications that can cause gynecomastia, your doctor may recommend stopping them or substituting another medication.

Hello sir. Definitely you can go for the surgery. The liposuction with gland excision gives you the best result for gynecomastia treatment. The surgeon will go for the surgery only after ruling out other underlying factors. It again depends upon the grade of gynecomastia you are having and the associated factors. Cost again depends upon the same factors. U can text me with the pictures to know anything more online.
