You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Your diabetes is controlled not only cuz you are exercising and eating healthy but also cuz you are on two medication as a combination in Janumet. It is quite possible that by stopping medication your sugars me become deranged, so unless you are experiencing any side-effects please continue the medications and if you are experiencing some side-effects, then please consult your treating diabetes specialists for alternative medications.

Hello lybrate-user. your pain has nothing to do with your Lymphocyte count alone. It may b due to Strain over particular heel due to either Long standing or Improper posture / Worn out or inappropriate footwear too. Fond out which is d reason for your heel pain & Correct it.
Since you have BP in your 30's It's best if you adopt Yoga in your Lifestyle so that you need not depend on taking Tablets for your BP in this age. Kindly think over about it. Takecare.
