Coffee tea anxiety, cough medicines, nerves of heart affected by Diabetes (called autonomic neuropathy) all these can cause tachycardia. High BP is common in diabetes, and can become severe if kidney is affected by Diabetes. Too much diet restrictions also worsen these problems.

Dear lybrate-user. BP seems to be on higher side occasional. Reason of tachycardia can be due to thyroid or anxiety as well. Your BMI is high as per your age. You need to see your lifestyle. May be your lifestyle is sedentary and unhealthy diet. So if this is the reason improve your lifestyle.

Hello.....
Since creatinine is same for the past few years, it is highly unlikely that it will come to its normal range. Unfortunately , kidney diseases are often irreversible, so the damage which has been done cannot be repaired. Good thing in your case is that creatinine is stable ...so the aim at present should be maintain it that way...it is important to take care of your diet, blood pressure and diabetes....
