Both pexep ie paroxetine and serta ie sertraline are both ssri and are usually not combined together. So consult your psychiatrist and get an ideal combination for your fear and anxiety related to covid. This has become very common these days and you will recover soon. Good luck.

At the age of 75 years, doctors need to give low dose initially. Later it will be increased if Nirmala tolerates the drug. Arizol takes time to start its action. After 3 days i.e.2 weeks after starting, please consult the doctor again. She/he may increase the dose or stop THP or investigate to find out other causes for her hallucinations and restlessness. Dear Mr. lybrate-user, widespread body pains can be due to a number of causes including joint disorders, nerve disorders specially fibromyalgia. These conditions can be present in addition to the depression problem for which you are already receiving the treatment. One thing to be specially advised here is never ever take long term pain killers without any medical supervision as they can have numerous side effects. For a detailed discussion of your case, please feel free to get in touch.

Dear user, panic attacks are sudden, intense surges of fear, panic, or anxiety. They are overwhelming, and they have physical as well as emotional symptoms. Some strategies you can use to try to stop a panic attack when you’re having one or when you feel one coming on:
1) deep breathing
2) recognize that you’re having a panic attack
3) find a focus object
4) use muscle relaxation techniques
5) understand the root cause of your anxiety and work through it in therapy.
