I am 24 years old female, I have a very weird but a needful question. I was perfectly healthy and fine till 2017-2018. But in that year and later sometime I have been avoiding to go to the washroom for poop. I used to control the urge until it goes away. This was due to unhygienic washroom in my work place and have sometimes delayed the normal time and at times totally avoided to go. But later after that year I have started being constipated naturally and unable to poop even after tried harder. I develop anal fissure and had some bleeding there. Later in 2019 I was fine but again I have started getting constipated. My stomach hurts like crazy and now this year I have developed difficulty in breathing also. I feel something is stuck inside my stomach and under my lungs its difficult to breathe normally. Feeling of continuous pressure is there in the stomach. I have lost my hunger completely since past 5 6 months. Just eating for the sake of it. Please help me if I should undergo any investigation and advice me proper treatment please.
