Using a cocktail of drugs without proper diagnosis is itself a useless exercise. To avoid side effects of Clobetasol, which would be practically irreversible, stop these creams before it is too late.

Lobate gm or clonate: both contain superpotent topical steroid - clobetasol propionate 0.05 percent, unsupervised application of which will lead to atrophy (skin thinning) which is a permanent side effect. Alopecia areata is a relapsing, remitting disease. For proper treatment, and prevention of relapses some oral medications can be started. I would advise you to consult a qualified dermatologist in person who can guide you best treatment after proper evaluation.
