Dear friend,
It will not affect you much if you have mistimed your medicine once. But please remember you should at least take that at some part of the day, so that a blood level of the drug is maintained. Please make sure you take your medicine at scheduled time henceforth. Don’t know how long your medicine was exposed to air. If it’s long better to discard that. Wish you a very good health!

Der Nazeed,
Do you want general answer for treatment of Cyclothymia?
If it a only a personality trait, it needs counselling. If it a personality disorder it needs therapy, either cognitive or interpersonal.
If it has already gone into a bipolar affective disorder (BPAD) it needs Lamotrigine in adequate dose for many years.
Steroids can cause mood changes. It needs to be assessed along with your chest allergy and infection

Dear lybrate-user,
You have tried Lamotrigine and Quetiapine for 1 year. You got results that was good.
