These values of TSH and T4 imply that her thyroid is functioning less than normal. Therefore she has to be given thyroid hormone medication from outside to bring TSH within normal limits and to bring relief to her symptoms if any. Please note that increasing iodine or chloride will not help in her case. She will have to take thyroid medication for sure. Hope this helps.

The normal range for blood sodium levels is 135 to 145 (mEq/L)

The normal potassium level in the blood is 3.5-5.0 (mEq/L)

so her sodium and potassium is in normal range

Get following test done and review with reports

1. CBC

2. S calcium

3. S. B12

4.Fasting Blood sugar

5. TSH

First of all we need to find the cause of fever because serum creatinine could get raised either due to acute kidney injury, and we need to check whether this raised creatinine is due to any chronic issue, raised uric acid needs to get treated as it also cause kidney issue and joint problem, please take a appointment so that detailed history could be taken to rule out these issues and then appropriate treatment could be initiated.
