We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need cleaning, root canal treatment & capping. Until then apply clove oil on the decayed tooth. Rinse frequently with mouth wash.

Scaling and polishing will help to remove what is called as calculus which appears as a yellow/brown thin layer adhered to your teeth. You can also try in office bleaching if you are not satisfied with the results scaling and polishing would give you.

Hello if you are using power form or ayurvedic to clean your teeth. Your teeth become more yellowish with time
because powder is more abrasive it will wear outermost layer of tooth enamel. And tooth become more yellowish due to exposure of inner layer dentine which is more yellowish. So avoid vigorous brushing. Bleaching can be done. Which can improve your tooth shade.

kindly get scaling and polishing done and if you want you can also get bleaching done. kindly get the cavity filled before it becomes deep and painful. brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene. use any toothpaste having fluoride content but brushing with correct technique is important.

Irregular brushing technique with a worn off brush will certainly cause the tooth abrasion, gums to recede & thereby resulting in root exposure. Exposure of (dentin or cementum) layer of the tooth or trauma to the root nerve tissue causes Sensitivity. Adv cleaning and artificial enamel filling Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
