Clonazepam migh help in rbd briefly but you need a comprehensive assessment.

Lamitor Is usually given as a mood stabilizer for a long term use. It can not be stopped even after you feel okay. It prevents future episodes of depression. Probably you may need some antidepressant at present along with lamitor. Discuss with your psychiatrist without stopping lamitor.
