Avoid CT Angio, it not very accurate after stent. Some breathlessness may be side effect of brilinta. It cannot be stopped. Ask you Dr. about substitutes. Too much diet restrictions also causes palpitations. What is your present diet?

1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

difference between ur up/ low bp is dangerous it's maximum limit is 50 as ICS so go for 20 min brisk walking, some pranayam , more fibrous salads and lot of water to flush out medicines to purify ur body and lastly some homeopathic medicines to get control over ur BPS difference with ur lipid profile report.

diabonil drops (sbl) 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times a day 20 minutes before meals
vincetoxicum (adel) 20 dropss in 1 glass fressh water morning empty stomach
tonicard (sbl) 20 drops twice daily in 20 ml fresh water
eat little every 2 hrly instead of full meals report after 2 months.
