Patient on chronic antiepileptic therapy tend to develop vit deficiency manifestations. You can hve any food except much spicy and oily. Eat more protein n avoid much fat. Take pulses more. Nuts, fruits etc. Personal advice avoid stress, stay calm, and do not think much.
