its taken after meals .blood sugar F<140 and PP <180 are acceptable in diabetics ..so ur sugar is in control

WHen in very good control glucose should be: FBG: < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%, <6.8 or even less. So please look at these values in relation to your glucose levels. That will give a clear idea. Thanks.

Fasting blood sugar should be less than 126 and post prandial (after food should be less than 160) ideally. She might need a change in her dose or might need new medications. She needs to be reviewed by the physician.
That being said, if there is a change in her routine i.e. She is getting less excercise or eating in an appropriate way that needs to be addressed.

Your blood sugar is well controlled with the meds, pls don't worry. Diet control is important with daily excercise to get more strict control.
