Hello, you have to take medicines lifelong for this and keep bp and sugar both under control. If you will keep regular follow up and bp & sugar remains under control, you won't be having any problem. If you have any queries yet or uncontrolled sugar and wanna modify medicines, msg me with details and I will be glad to help.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
It is good to see that both BP and blood glucose are fairly well controlled. Increase in microalbuminuria and creatinine suggests that kidney are getting affected mostly due to diabetes.
One of the group of drugs recommended for hypertension with diabetes is ACE-Inhibitors like Lisinopril, Enalepri or ARBs like Losartan, Telmisartan or Olmesartan etc. Thanks.

Firstly your sugar is still not controlled
so first change youyears diabetes medicine like: 1. Tablet wonglip -m forte (met = 1000 + 50 vilda) twice daily after breakfast and dinner
and tab. Udapa (dapagliflogin) 10 mg after breakfast.
Above medicines will control diabetes and decrease weight also.

Hello, thanks for the query.
I have seen the details mentioned. You have mentioned two different combinations 1) metformin plus glimiperide & 2) metformin & vildagliptin. Both these tablets have metformin. In some patients that drug tends to cause gastrointestinal upsets. In that situation patients are advised to take the tablets after taking food. So if you are taking the tablets before food then shift to after food. If you are taking after food only and still the gastrointestinal side effe...more
